Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, and features of the uuok9 platform. 2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Operating or using multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, uuok9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel any bonuses.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

uuok9 may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in withdrawal processing being put on hold. It is each user's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

2. Account Registration & Security

1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when opening an account. Registering with false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

2 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Right to Close Accounts

uuok9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice in the following cases:

Violation of these Terms
Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
Evidence of operating multiple accounts
Suspicion of involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity
Failure to pass identity verification

3. Financial Transactions & Payments

1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at uuok9 is ৳300 (three hundred taka), and this applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Sufficient balance must be available in the account at the time the withdrawal request is processed.

3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing from any source other than a payment account registered in your own name is strictly prohibited. If a third-party payment is detected, the relevant funds will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

1 Welcome Bonus

uuok9 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳42,000.

2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount). Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before withdrawing. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

3 General Bonus Terms

Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited
uuok9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
Bonuses may be cancelled if unusual betting patterns are detected
